How long does it take to ship my order? Plus

We pride ourselves on handling each photograph in a professional manner. Framed photographs are packaged with bubble wrap and foamcore for protection. Unframed pieces are delivered in wide, hard tubes or flat well-protected packages. All packages are insured. Photographs are delivered within 4-6 weeks of purchase.

Duty and customs for international orders? Plus

All duties and customs are the responsibility of the purchaser.  

The Artwork
Are images signed and limited editions? Plus

If the photographer is living, the photograph will be hand signed. If not, they will be posthumous editions provided by their estate. The editions vary from photographer to photographer. Please the gallery for specific information on a particular photograph.

How do you frame the photographs? Plus

All of our photographs are framed in high quality, black or white wood frames with archival matting.

Please note: Framing is non refundable.

Is everything on your website available to be seen in the galleries? Plus

Unfortunately, not. We wish we could do this, however we represent over 100 photographers and don't have the physical space to show everything by each photographer.

Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy? Plus

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Framing is non refundable.To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at info@heartofgoldfineart.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

What is your refund policy? Plus

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Any prints that are “special ordered” from a photographer and returned are subject to a 15% fee.To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
